Ms. Pamerlyn R. Wilson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Pamerlyn “Pam” R. Wilson, 54, of Peoria, IL departed this life on December 23, 2020 at Unity Point Methodist Medical Center at 1:29 p.m. She was born on January 30, 1966 to Russell and Lucille Thompson Jr. in Peoria. Pam accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of The Church of the Living God LBLC temple#5. Pam was a vivid Poet and would often write for those who lost loved ones. She enjoyed dancing, singing, fashion, and karaoke. She was firm on her beliefs but very loving. In addition to her loving mother: Lucille Walker, she leaves to cherish her precious memory: three sons: Shamon Thompson of Stockton, CA, Martell (Tiffany) Thompson, and Darrington Thompson both of Peoria; two daughters: Kanisha Thompson and Letyia (James) Bell both of Peoria; three brothers: Russell (Sherry) Thompson III, Darren Thompson, and Anthony Thompson of Peoria; three sisters: Elandus (Tyrone) Jackson of Anna, TX, Lashika (Christopher) Meanus of Mckinney, TX, and Shawanna Purdle of Peoria; 20 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of other family and friends whom will miss her dearly. Pam was preceded in death by her father Russell Thompson Jr. A private Homegoing Service will take place on December 31, 2020 at T.W. Parks Colonial Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with a public drive-up visitation commencing two-hours prior at 9:00 a.m. Bishop Charles Hines Jr. will officiate. Due to COVID-19 mandates social distancing and mask are required. Pam will be laid to rest at Parkview Cemetery.
