Pastor Robert Lee Forman 62, of Peoria passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013 at OSF St France Medical Center at 9:00p.m. He was born August 30, 1950 in Belzoni, Ms. to the late Ned and Mattie Mae Forman. He Married Pastor Clara Underwood on November 29, 2008. She survives. Pastor was lovingly known as Sonny. He was the co pastored The Potter’s House of Peoria. He enjoyed reading, preaching and teaching the word of God. Most of all Pastor loved to spend time with his family. In addition to his wife he leaves to cherish his precious memories: one son: Desmun Underwood of Peoria, four daughters: Isedra M. Forman of Jacksonville, FL., Robin (Hinton) Newsome-Dillard of Chicago, IL., Faith Autman-Buttler of Peoria, Javina Boatman of Slidell, LA., two brothers: Jessie Lee Forman of Richmond, VA., Tommie Lee Forman of Belzoni, MS., nine sisters: Vera Miller, Pearl Nolan both of Danville, IL. Ida Perry of Chicago, IL., Vergie Pitts, Annie (Frank) Yarbor, Jerry Dean (Darnell) Toy, Dorothy Forman, Shirley Forman and Earnestine Forman all of Belzoni, MS. eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved and adored him. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. Services will be held Saturday April 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation at 10:00 a.m. at The Greater City of Refuge Worship Center. Overseer James Wills will officiate, Bishop Timothy Criss will serve as host pastor. He will be laid to rest at Parkview Cemetery. Family has chosen T.W.
